Garden Visit to Lime Close, Drayton

On Sunday 14th April a group of WI members visited this lovely garden. There were spring bulbs to see and blossom on the various fruit trees.

The old walled garden promised to be lovely with roses later in the year, however the newly planted donkey paddock was a bright fresh green – paths mown in meandering through recetnly planted trees and shrubs. The topiary horse looked very appropriate!

Tea and cakes supplied by the local scouts were delicious, despite a chill wind a good afternoon out!
